Return & Refund Policy – Zerace

At Zerace, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale (if marked non-returnable)

For hygiene and safety reasons, used cosmetic or skincare products cannot be returned.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Your order number

After review, a replacement or refund will be provided as applicable.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect depending on the bank or payment provider

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Using a trackable shipping service is recommended.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the return policy will apply.
